HADEF is a software service for podcast hosts. It helps you research guests, prepare pitches, and run workflows connected to your show. Features may change as we improve the product. We describe the current product on our website and in-app.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you tell us right away that your account was compromised.
Paid plans are billed on the schedule shown at checkout, typically each month. One-time top-ups are charged when you buy them. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you ask within 14 days of a charge and we agree there was a clear billing error, we may refund that charge at our discretion. Taxes may apply based on your location and are your responsibility where required.
You will not use HADEF to break the law, to harass people, to send spam, to scrape or bulk-collect data outside the normal use of the product, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to resell access in ways that harm other customers. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, the API, or our team.
You may stop using HADEF or cancel a subscription according to the controls in the product or your billing provider. We may suspend or end access for conduct that risks the service, other users, or our ability to operate, including serious violations of these terms.
HADEF is provided "as is" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (for example, booking results or reply rates). Outputs may depend on public data and model behavior that we do not fully control. You use the product at your own risk as to fitness for a particular purpose to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HADEF and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service in a twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limits apply only to the extent permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under laws where you live that cannot be waived.
