This page lays out, plainly, when you can get your money back and how to ask.
For the first 30 days of any paid subscription, ask for a full refund and you will get one. No questions asked. The window starts on the day the subscription charge lands, and it applies whether you pay monthly or annually.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request", and include the email address on your account so we can find the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, we process it within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
One thing sits outside the window: usage-based charges you have already consumed. If you bought one-off enrichment credits and spent them within the last 30 days, the amount tied to what you used stays non-refundable, because that work was already run on your behalf. Any credits you have not touched are still eligible. Nothing else is excluded.
If a charge looks wrong, email us first at [email protected] before you file a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback automatically locks your account while your bank and our payment provider review it, which freezes your work for the duration. A direct email reaches us faster, and we can usually unwind the charge the same week.
