Feature · Golden Thread

One thread. Their content. Your audience. The reason the pitch works.

The Golden Thread is hadef's core method. Find something specific the guest has already said in public. Connect it to a real interest your audience has. Pitch the episode that sits at the overlap. Everything else is templated spam.

The three circles

Circle one

What they said

A real, verifiable quote from a podcast, article, keynote, or post. Not a theme. Not a general area. An actual sentence with a source URL and date.

Circle two

What your audience cares about

Pulled from your Show Brain. Topics, tensions, and questions your listeners return to. Specific enough to disqualify most pitches.

Circle three

The unexplored thread

The thing the guest has gestured at but never fully developed. This is where your episode lives. Not a recap. A conversation that hasn't happened yet.

Why the thread matters more than the guest

A big-name guest pitched on a generic topic gets ignored. A mid-tier guest pitched on a specific, unexplored thread gets a reply. We've tested both enough times to stop arguing about it.

Every hadef pitch shows the thread visually. Three overlapping circles. One sentence at each intersection. The guest sees the reason for the conversation in two seconds. Accept, decline, or counter. but they're not guessing what you want from them.

What the engine does

Research

Eleven search paths

Perplexity sweeps podcasts, video, articles, keynotes, LinkedIn. Sources are deduped, dated, and ranked. Transcripts extracted for anything longer than two minutes.

Concept development

Claude reads, not summarizes

Full transcripts go to Claude with four prompts: unexplored thread, tension named, view evolved, decision behind the outcome. The output is a concept, not a topic.
