We collect the information you give us, such as email, name, and show details. If you pay, payment details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We process inputs and outputs you run through the product (for example, guest research, pipeline runs, and related content) so the service can function and improve. We also collect basic technical data such as logs and product usage to operate and secure the system.
We use data to provide the service, authenticate you, bill you, respond to you, keep the system reliable, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information as a product. We may use vendors who process data on our instructions to run the product.
Depending on the features you use, data may be processed by: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (language models for certain features), Perplexity (search in research flows), OpenAI (transcription in certain flows), Listen Notes and Podcast Index (public podcast directory data), and infrastructure providers such as our host and Cloudflare. Each provider is selected to support the service, not for unrelated advertising.
We keep account and product data while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify personal data on a reasonable schedule, typically within ninety days, unless the law requires us to keep specific records longer.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to some processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will verify your request where appropriate.
We use cookies and similar tools as needed to keep you signed in, to run checkout with Stripe, and to protect the service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See the Cookies page for a short list.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The service is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information on purpose.
