Careers

Build the system that rewrites how podcast booking works.

Small team. High leverage. Remote-first. Hiring for roles where one person can move the whole product.

How we work

Written first. We don't run status meetings. Every decision starts as a one-page doc. Every customer signal ends as a commit. We optimize for focus, not coverage.

Remote by default. Anywhere within ±5 hours of ET works. Synchronous when it helps, asynchronous by default.

Small team. We stay small on purpose. If your best work is done solo or in a pair, this is built for you. If you need ten meetings a week to move a decision, this isn't.

Open roles

Founding engineer (product)

You'll own the customer-facing app end-to-end. TypeScript, Python, Supabase. You write tests because you want the code to stay correct, not because a process told you to. Bonus: you've shipped a product that real humans used and paid for.

Founding engineer (research + AI)

You'll own the research-and-pitch pipeline. Prompting at Claude-4 level. Building agent orchestration that doesn't fall over at the 100th simultaneous call. Context engineering. If you've read more AST papers than frontend think-pieces, this is you.

Head of growth (part-time OK)

You've grown a SaaS product from zero to 1k paying customers before. You know the difference between a campaign and a system. You're OK with part-time or contract to start. Equity meaningful.

What we offer

  • Meaningful equity, at a stage where it still moves.
  • Competitive base pay, well-calibrated to your market.
  • Full health coverage (US/Canada).
  • Home office stipend for your setup.
  • No performance reviews. Feedback happens in the work, continuously, which is the only place it has ever been useful.
  • Four weeks vacation plus sick leave plus the company shutdown between Dec 23 and Jan 2.

How the process works

  1. You send us a note with a CV or LinkedIn or a portfolio.
  2. If the match looks good, 30-minute call with the founder.
  3. Work sample: a small, relevant piece of work we pay you for. Usually four to eight hours.
  4. Offer, typically within two weeks of the first call.

We don't do whiteboard algorithms. We don't do six-round interview loops. We don't do "tell me about a time you demonstrated X" questions. The work sample is the signal.

Not on the list but you think we're missing you? Tell us. [email protected]
