Roadmap
What we're building next.
Public roadmap. Updated weekly. Customer requests marked with a heart.
Now — shipping this quarter
- Published pitch packages — shareable URLs that replace Google Drive entirely. Full visitor analytics: open, dwell, scroll depth, share, yes/no clicks. In development.
- Workflow builder — drag-and-drop drip campaigns with signal triggers. Auto re-engagement when a followed prospect appears on a podcast, in an article, or posts on LinkedIn. In development.
- Guest suggestion pages — public landing pages where a host arrives, sees three suggested guests, and dives deep on why each fits. In development.
- Pitch Credits gamification — earn credits for every action that helps the system learn. Redeem for bonus pitches. Shipped April 15.
Next — Q3
- Team workspaces — co-hosts, studios, and agencies can share a show with role-based permissions. Separate sender identities per team member.
- Calendar integrations — Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, SavvyCal. Book directly from the published pitch page.
- Audio signal monitoring — detect when a followed prospect appears on ANY podcast via RSS + Podcast Index, not just shows we already know.
- Brand customization — hosts can theme their published pitch pages with their own colors, logos, custom domain.
- MCP tool expansion — more tools exposed over MCP so agent-native users can run full booking workflows from their own stack.
Later — Q4 and beyond
- Done For You managed tier — booking targets agreed up front, Hadef team runs the workflow, results-based pricing.
- Show Brain blog — auto-generated weekly newsletter to your audience summarizing your own show's throughline.
- Cross-show insights — for networks and studios running multiple shows, roll up performance, shared prospect lists, co-host handoffs.
- Voice-first mobile app — iOS and Android. Record context on the go. Approve pitches from your phone.
Someday — research
- Real-time co-pilot during the episode recording itself.
- Automated post-episode clip packaging, sent back to the guest as a thank-you deliverable.
- Open API for agencies to build their own booking products on top of Hadef.
What we're NOT building
- A generic cold outreach tool for non-podcast use cases. Focus is the moat.
- An in-house hosting platform. Riverside, Descript, and the RSS ecosystem do this better than we ever would.
- Sponsored placements or paid-to-pitch dynamics. Pitches stay meritocratic or they stop working.
- A shared-model training loop on customer data. Your show's content is yours.
