Common questions
What counts as a pitch?
Each time the full pipeline runs for a prospect and produces a QA result — whether passed or failed — it counts as one pitch. Research-only runs and URL test commands do not count.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
The pipeline will decline to start new runs until the billing period resets on the 1st of the following month. You can upgrade at any time to immediately increase your limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling immediately stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to free-tier access.
Do unused pitches roll over?
No. Pitch credits reset on the 1st of each month. The transcript cache persists across billing periods — so if a transcript was already extracted for a URL, it will not be re-processed.
Is Whisper transcription included?
Whisper API costs are included in the per-run cost target. The pipeline uses the transcript cache aggressively to avoid reprocessing the same episode twice.
